I had posted an earlier blog about attending a Lehigh Valley IronPigs game. We have an opportunity through Slate Belt Arise, a Christian group that has reserved 50 seats in the PPL Picnic Patio for Wednesday, July 28. Games are at Coca-Cola Park off Airport Road in Allentown.

Tickets are limited, so you must act soon. Deadline is June 1. Please RSVP through me, but send your check to the recipient at the bottom of this message. Thanks!

The PPL Picnic Patio, along the 3rd base line, is a great spot to watch the game and dine outdoors at big picnic tables and enjoy a fun night of baseball and fellowship. The theme for this night’s game is “Faith Night” which will include Christian music and a player testimonial. Hope to see you and your friends and family there! Everyone is welcome!

Game: Iron Pigs vs. Durham Bulls (Tampa Bay Rays)

Game Time: 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, July 28 (Gates open 5:45 p.m.)
Cost: $25 per person (Children 2 and under are FREE)

Includes: Game ticket, two hour all-you-can-eat buffet, beverages include Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Nestea, buffet includes hot dogs, hamburgers, bbq chicken, baked ziti, potato salad, corn on the cob, baked beans, chips, watermelon and assorted cookies.

Well maybe they just don't know what the Church actually teaches on the Eucharist, Holy Orders, Sanctity of Life, Contraception, Pre Marital Sex, Papal Infalibility, and the Immaculate Conception.
Using the Bible, Catechism, and Church teachings we will explore these important topics. We will begin this new series May 27

We are excited to announce the annual ABCYA Retreat at St. Francis Retreat House Chipman Road Easton PA. This year's theme is Alive: In Spirit and Truth.
We all like to think that we are growing closer to God and are living in His grace. Sometimes the noise and stress of our daily lives make us feel anything but holy and blessed. Jesus said that He came to give us life and freedom in abundance. It is possible for you to find true peace in the midst of world that seems contrary to Gospel values.
The retreat will begin Friday evening and end Saturday after Mass. The cost of the weekend is $90/person.

Here is the Faith Sharing Document for the Sixth Sunday of Easter.

This month we extend birthday greetings to: Melinda D. and Vanessa S. 4th, Jason D. 5th, Gloria K. and Jerry N. 7th, Gerry R. 20th, Melanie V. 23rd, and Daniel G. 30th. During this month dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, may she intercede for you, and may you come to know God's grace more fully in your lives.

Join us for a evening of food, fun and fellowship as Mary Matunis of the Office of Young Adult Ministry and Kris S. facilitate an open discussion for ideas of new and future service projects. We will meet at the Olive Garden on Grape Street near the Lehigh Valley Mall at 6:30 pm on June 2. Contact Kris@abcya.org
We will also discuss the beginning of a new spiritual initiative called Heart to Heart. In this ministry men and women will be paired up with a prayer partner of their own gender who will pray for one another. This will help develop better relationships and facilitate prayer for one another. If you interested in this ministry contact Gerry@abcya.org. After dinner we will go to the park behind the Olive Garden to pick partners for the next six months and be able to go for a walk and get to know our partner. We will meet again in 6 months to pick new partners, I will need your name submitted to me by June 1 if you want to participate.
This is an opportunity to experience all of the three S's of ABCYA Social, Spirtual and Service. New members are encouraged to come.
