Its all here, at our annual summer camping trip the 3rd weekend in July! To top it off, we camp at an elevation so high up there are no bugs! And, for the ladies, our location at Rickett's Glen State Park also includes indoor bathrooms with hot water showers. Please join us this year on our annual Catholic Co-Ed Camping Trip, the weekend of July 19th. This weekend is for Singles, Couples-in-Courtship and Married Couples too! Faith Sharing

We are excited to be starting a new faith sharing series beginning in two weeks We invite everyone to come out and to participate by signing up for a week to lead the group. So far we have several exciting studies coming up. We plan on studying the great heresies of the church and how the church dealt with these heresies. Jonas will be discussing the heresy of Arianism which threatened to destroy the Church as many bishops and other church authorities believed in the preaching of the heretic Arius. Patrick has volunteered to discuss a more recent heresy of Gallicanism which holds that a king or emperor has similar power as the pope over the Church in his land. Chris Wargo has volunteered to do a study on the Church teaching on the angels. Mary Francis will be doing a study on the biblical basis of the Eucharist. I will be doing a study on the biblical and old testament basis for the Marian doctrines as well as a study of the two kingdoms the kingdom of the world and the kingdom of Christ. If you would like to volunteer for a week let us know by responding to this e mail
some sample topics are
Pelagianism
Monophysite heresy
Other heresies
Pope Francis' talks and homilies available on line
An early church council there are 7 that can be chose from.

If you are interested don't let your unfamiliarity with the topic stop you. There are plenty of resources and materials available to help.

Catholic Singles Retreat - RSVP by May 15th

Calling Catholic Singles:

If you have discerned your vocation and believe you are called to marriage, please come join Catholic singles the weekend of June 7th for a great singles retreat! Please reserve your spot by May 15th at www.AveMariaTrips.com / summer retreat. Experience the beautiful southern Lodge at Simpsonwood and meet other Philadelphia area Catholic singles.

For information and carpooling from NY/NJ/Philly please contact Mark Pennington, at MarkPennington99@gmail.com or call (484) 213-2467.

What more fun way could there be to connect with other Catholic singles from the NY/NJ/Philly mid-atlantic area than join with this retreat? Come experience real live southern charm Catholics from Georgia in June!

The Lodge at Simpsonwood, nestled in the heart of metro Atlanta, Georgia is surrounded by 227 acres of untouched woodlands along the Chattahoochee River. Harmonizing with one another and with nature, the resort allows us to enjoy a prayer path and labyrinth, walking trails, tennis courts, volleyball and basket ball courts, and an outdoor pool (or for the adventurous, the Chattahoochee River beckons), as well as the facilities of the nearby Robert D. Fowler YMCA.

Come pray together and play together! Join us for talks by Father Thomas Morrow, author of Who's Who in Heaven and Be Holy and Anthony Buono, author of Would You Date You? The retreat includes time for spiritual direction, confession, and Eucharistic Adoration. We'll have a Friday night campfire and a Saturday night dance.

Our schedule also allows ample time for prayer, interior reflection, fellowship, and community building activities with other Catholic singles. Our Saturday night dance (with a dress request, so gentlemen please bring appropriate semi-formal or business casual attire) is an evening of dancing, singing, fellowship, and celebration. Of 150 attendees, we have 50 spots remaining, but they won't last long! Please register today so we can plan accordingly.

YES-- I *need* your car-pool commitment so we can plan the vans or buses accordingly. If you've ever coordinated a large group trip like The March For Life, etc you'll understand how we'll need to confirm the number of passengers coming with us. So, to make it easy on planning transportation, please call (484) 213-2467 or email MarkPennington99@gmail.com TODAY to get registered!

And please pray that we all have so much fun and that no one gets eaten by alligators in the Chattahoochee River!

Iron Pigs Game May 5th, 1:35 PM

The King's Men have reserved 48 tickets in the Left Field Tiki Lounge
at the AAA Iron Pigs stadium in Lehigh Valley. This Tiki Lounge
offers our guests all you can eat food and drink during the game.
There is a playground adjacent to the lounge so our little ones can
have a good time while we socialize and catch up with one another and
oh yeah, maybe watch a little baseball (the future of the Phillies)!!!

One of the men in my TKM weekly formation group told me that this
stadium experience was ranked the best in all the minor leagues! If
you have been to a minor league professional baseball game, then you
know that they really cater to families.

Please let me know if you have any interest in joining us. The ticket
cost per person is $45 and for families of 4 or more it is $40. All
kids 2 and under are free admittance to the game. Please reply to
this email for ticket reservation or call me at 267-980-5507. We have
